Ownership information must be correct in order to file online. Ownership information is updated daily. If your name does not properly appear as the deeded owner, please wait 15 to 30 days prior to attempting to file online. Your deed likely has yet to be recorded; therefore, the ownership information remains in the prior owner’s name.

You are welcome to visit our filing location with your closing information. The Real Property Department is located on the first floor in the Historic Court House, 33 North 9th Street, Noblesville, Indiana. Your filing deadline is December 31st, of the current year. We are open Monday through Friday, 8 am until 4:30 pm.
