Deduction Form Search Enter a parcel number or property address
Welcome! Here you will be able to enter/select your property address, which will then prefill the necessary information to the deduction form you have selected. This intuitive site will lead you through a series of steps necessary to successfully file your deduction application.
Your filing deadline is December 31st, of the current year.
You may search by the following:
- Property Address: the house number, without fractions or dashes.*
- Parcel Number: a 16 digit number, with or without spaces, dashes & decimals.
- State Parcel Number: an 18 digit number, with or without spaces, dashes & decimals.
- Mailing Address: the house number, without fractions or dashes.*
- * If the house number results in too many matches, then add one character at a time. (ie: For 210 Waldon Street, first try 210, then try 210(space), then try 210 w, etc.)
- Please Note: Multiple parcels can have the same address. Please make sure you have selected the correct parcel.
