This application provides payment and current balances due for lenders and banks who service less than 1000 parcels in Hamilton County. Data is normally updated each business day by noon. It then reflects balances due at the end of the previous business day. Please contact the Treasurer’s office to obtain instructions for use of this service.

For some of the properties you service, our records may not reflect that you are the lender. Please compare our data to your own to identify other parcels that you need to research. Refer to the Lender Tax Information  page for additional lender resources.
